Text

The directors of a health service corporation: I. Shall at all times include representation from the following groups:

(a)The general public exclusive of those falling within subparagraphs (b) and (c) and paragraph II.
(b)Physicians actively engaged in practice.
(c)Administrators or trustees of hospitals, if any, which have contracted with the health service corporation to render nonprofit hospital service or indemnity to subscribers. II. May include representatives of other health care providers. The number of directors described in subparagraph I(a) shall exceed the combined total of the number of directors described in subparagraphs I(b) and (c) and this paragraph.
