Text
Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to alter the relationship of physician and patient. No health service corporation shall in any way influence the subscriber in the free choice of hospital or physician or other provider. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to abridge the right of any hospital, physician or other provider to decline patients in accordance with lawful standards and practices of such provider.
