§ 417:11 — Appeal
New Hampshire·Title XXXVII INSURANCE·Ch. 417 UNFAIR INSURANCE TRADE PRACTICES·Subdivision General Provisions
Any party to the proceedings aggrieved by any order or decision of the insurance commissioner pursuant to RSA 417:10 shall be entitled to an appeal to the supreme court in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541, except that in the case of a fine imposed by any order or decision, the party aggrieved shall be entitled to an appeal to the superior court in the county in which the party resides, if a resident, or, if a nonresident, in the Merrimack county superior court and a trial de novo in said court.
