Text

I. In addition to the penalties and other enforcement provisions of this chapter, the commissioner may seek both temporary and permanent injunctive relief when:

(a)A discount medical plan is being operated by a person or entity that is not registered pursuant to this chapter; or
(b)Any person, entity, or discount medical plan organization has engaged in an activity prohibited by this chapter or rule adopted pursuant to this chapter. II. The commissioner's authority to seek injunctive relief is not conditioned on having conducted any proceeding pursuant to the provisions of RSA 400-A:15 or RSA 541-A.
