Text
Any rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, or dissolution of a multiple-employer welfare arrangement shall be conducted under the supervision of the commissioner, who shall have all power with respect thereto granted to it under the laws governing the rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation, or dissolution of insurers.
