§ 41:49 — Day of Rest
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 41 CHOICE AND DUTIES OF TOWN OFFICERS·Subdivision Permanent Constables and Police Officers
In any town which has full-time permanent police officer or officers, the selectmen, or other governing body, shall allow said officer or officers one day of rest in 8, without loss of pay.
