§ 41:45-b — Requirements and Duties
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 41 CHOICE AND DUTIES OF TOWN OFFICERS·Subdivision Town Clerk-Town Tax Collector Combined
Except as otherwise provided in this subdivision, all laws of this state pertaining to town clerks and town tax collectors shall apply in full to the office of town clerk-tax collector.
