Text
A person having a claim against an insurance company not organized under the laws of the state, arising from a transaction with an agent of the company in the state, may sue therefore in the courts of the state. Service of any process pertaining to such action upon the insurance commissioner shall have the same effect as if the company were a domestic corporation and the service were lawfully made within the state upon its officers.
