§ 405:15 — Definition; Agent
New Hampshire·Title XXXVII INSURANCE·Ch. 405 FOREIGN INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THEIR AGENTS·Subdivision Licenses for Agents of Foreign Companies
An insurance producer license to act as an agent shall be issued to any eligible person or business entity pursuant to the provisions of RSA 402-J.
