Text
Records to be maintained relating to the insurer's compliance with licensing requirements shall include the licensing records of each producer associated with the insurer. Licensing records shall be maintained to show clearly the licensing status of the producer at the time of solicitation, negotiation, or procurement, as well as the dates of the appointments and terminations of each producer. A screen print from the producer database (PDB) may serve to provide adequate proof only of a producer's current licensing status.
