§ 4:40-c — Deed
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4 POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES·Subdivision Conveyance of Property Under Water
The grant of the governor and council shall be evidenced by an instrument in writing, executed by the governor and council and attested by the secretary of state and recorded in the county where the property is located.
