§ 4-B:2 — Contracts

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 4-B TERM INSURANCE FOR THE GOVERNOR
The commissioner shall enter into a term life insurance contract with an insurance company licensed to do business in this state. The face value death benefit provided by the contract shall equal the amount set forth in RSA 4-B:3.
