Text

A foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a New Hampshire state branch, New Hampshire state agency, or New Hampshire representative office shall file with the commissioner a notice, in such form and containing such information as the commissioner may prescribe by rules adopted under RSA 541-A no later than 14 calendar days after such foreign bank becomes aware of any acquisition of control of such foreign bank or merger with another foreign bank.
