§ 384-F:12 — Application Fee
New Hampshire·Title XXXV BANKS AND BANKING; LOAN ASSOCIATIONS; CREDIT UNIONS·Ch. 384-F THE NEW HAMPSHIRE INTERNATIONAL BANKING ACT·Subdivision Direct Branch, Agency, and Representative Offices of Foreign Banks
Upon applying to the commissioner under this chapter for a license to establish and maintain a New Hampshire state branch or New Hampshire state agency, a foreign bank shall pay to the commissioner an application fee of $1,500 for each branch or agency.
