Text
If a special meeting is called for the purpose of addressing dissolution of a credit union and a majority of the members are in attendance, upon recommendation of not less than 2/3 of the board of directors, the members may dissolve the credit union by the vote of 2/3 of the members present and voting at a meeting called for that purpose.
