§ 374:5-a — Power to Hire Consultants Firm
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 374 GENERAL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Supervisory Power of Department of Energy and Public Utilities Commission
The commission and the department of energy may utilize and employ a consultant firm to provide it with technical assistance in evaluating cost factors relating to the effective use of substantial investments of utilities regulated by the commission.
