§ 374:47 — Compensation of Counsel
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 374 GENERAL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Proceedings for Failure to Perform Duties
Such counsel shall be allowed reasonable fees and their necessary disbursements, to be approved by the governor and council and paid by the state.
