§ 374:10 — Depreciation Account
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 374 GENERAL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Accounts and Dividends
Every public utility shall carry a proper and adequate depreciation account whenever the commission shall determine that such depreciation account can reasonably be required and shall so order. Every public utility shall conform its depreciation account to such rules, regulations and forms as may be prescribed by the commission.
