New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 374 GENERAL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Investigation of Accidents
The department of energy shall investigate the causes of all accidents in connection with the operation of public utilities in the state, which, in the opinion of the commission or the department of energy, ought to be investigated.
