§ 374:31 — Leases, Etc., When Void
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 374 GENERAL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Leases, Stock Ownership, Etc.
If commission approval is required pursuant to RSA 374:30 for any transfer, lease, or contract, any such attempted transfer, lease, or contract shall be void unless the same shall have been approved by the commission.
