§ 374:3 — Extent of Power
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 374 GENERAL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Supervisory Power of Department of Energy and Public Utilities Commission
The public utilities commission and department of energy shall have the general supervision of all public utilities and the plants owned, operated or controlled by the same so far as necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this title.
