§ 374:22-n — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 374 GENERAL REGULATIONS·Subdivision Shared Tenant Services
Any person who violates the provisions of this subdivision shall, after notice and an opportunity for hearing, be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 per day of such violation.
