Text
This chapter shall be construed in all respects so as to meet all constitutional requirements. Except as expressly provided, this chapter shall not affect the interpretation of other laws. If any provision or clause of this chapter, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this chapter, and to that end, the provisions of this chapter are declared to be severable. Each section of this chapter shall be separable from all other sections hereof and the nullification of any section from this chapter shall have no effect on the remaining sections of this chapter.
