Text
Orders of the commission granting authority or permission to do any act or thing need not be served; but the exercise in any part of the authority or permission granted in any such order shall charge the party so exercising such authority or permission with full knowledge of said order; and such party shall comply with all requirements thereof, and fully conform thereto.
