§ 365:2 — Investigation and Voluntary Resolution
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 365 COMPLAINTS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE COMMISSION·Subdivision Complaints and Investigations
The department of energy may investigate and resolve any complaint made to the department using non-adjudicative procedures. The department may adopt rules for this purpose or may set out procedural requirements by order for the investigation and resolution of complaints.
