§ 365:20 — Questions of Law
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 365 COMPLAINTS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE COMMISSION·Subdivision Proceedings Before the Commission
The commission may at any time reserve, certify and transfer to the supreme court for decision any question of law arising during the hearing of any matter before the commission.
