Text

The commission shall publish and file with the governor and council, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the appropriate standing committees of the senate and the house of representatives a report not later than December 1 of each odd numbered year. Such report shall contain such account of its proceedings for the 2 years last preceding, and such suggestions and recommendations as to needed legislation or as to other matters affecting public utilities as the commission may desire to submit.
