§ 363:16 — Quorum
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 363 THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION·Subdivision Appointment, Qualification, Etc.
A majority of the commission shall constitute a quorum to issue orders, and any hearing may be held or conducted by 2 commissioners or by a single commissioner.
