Text

The term "sale" shall not include electric submetering in campgrounds for the purpose of calculating reimbursable amounts among submeter users; provided, that reimbursable amounts shall be distributed pro-rata among submeter users and do not exceed the total amount charged by the utility to the campground master metered customer.
