§ 362-C:7-a — Transportation of Low-Level and High-Level Radioactive Waste for Disposal Prohibited
New Hampshire·Title XXXIV PUBLIC UTILITIES·Ch. 362-C REORGANIZATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
Notwithstanding any law or rule to the contrary, no utility shall transport into the state of New Hampshire any low-level or high-level radioactive waste for disposal in New Hampshire.
