Text

Any person who removes or conceals any mortgaged personal property with the intent of placing it beyond the control of the mortgagee, or who aids in so doing, and any mortgagor of such property who assents to such removal or concealment shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
