Text

A person who violates RSA 359-J:2, I shall be liable to the state for a civil penalty of not less than $5,000 nor more than $15,000 per violation, which civil penalty shall be in addition to any other relief which may be granted under RSA 359-J:3. Each performance or production declared unlawful under RSA 359-J:2, I shall constitute a separate violation.
