Text

In this chapter: I. "New Hampshire manufacturer" means the manufacturer of a New Hampshire product. II. "New Hampshire product" means any product which is manufactured, in whole or in part, in the state of New Hampshire and which is:

(a)Delivered to a purchaser or lessee, or to a purchaser's or lessee's agent or transportation contractor, in the state of New Hampshire;
(b)Sold or leased to a purchaser or lessee pursuant to a contract of sale or lease which is entered into or accepted in the state of New Hampshire; or
(c)Sold or leased to a purchaser or lessee pursuant to a contract of sale or lease which specifies that New Hampshire law shall apply to such sale or lease.
