§ 359-B:19 — Obtaining Information Under False Pretenses

New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 359-B CONSUMER CREDIT REPORTING
Any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
