§ 352:12 — Application
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 352 AUTHORS' AND ARTISTS' PRODUCTIONS·Subdivision Consignment of Works of Art
This subdivision shall not apply to a written contract executed prior to January 1, 1989, unless:
I.The parties agree that this subdivision shall apply; or
II.The contract is extended or renewed on or after January 1, 1989.
