§ 35-A:16 — Directors and Agents Not Liable
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 35-A NEW HAMPSHIRE MUNICIPAL BOND BANK
Neither the members of the bank nor any person executing bonds or notes issued pursuant to this chapter shall be liable personally on such bonds or notes by reason of the issuance thereof.
