Text

A warehouseman, or any officer, agent or servant of a warehouseman, who fraudulently issues or aids in fraudulently issuing a receipt for goods knowing that it contains any false statement, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
