Text
Any applicant seeking a salesperson's or broker's license shall first past a reasonable written examination approved by the board. Any person who has passed the examination for broker or salesperson shall become licensed within 6 months of the date of the examination. Any person who fails to become licensed within the 6-month period shall be required to retake the examination.
