I. [Repealed.] II. The supervision of a candidate for mental health licensure by a person licensed under this chapter shall include the following:

(a)Regular meetings shall be held between the supervisor and the candidate at locations mutually convenient to both the supervisor and the candidate.
(b)The supervisor shall assume professional, ethical, and legal responsibility for mental health services provided by the candidate in a written agreement on record with the board. III. If the supervisor ceases to supervise and assume professional responsibility for the candidate, the licensing board shall be notified in writing. IV. Each supervisor's agreement shall be approved by the licensing board before becoming effective, and shall remain in effect only as long as the supervisor accepts res
