Text
The board shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A for the provision of informed consent for client or patient rights, based on the professional codes of ethics as they apply in the variety of settings in which licensed mental health providers practice. When addressing the client or patient rights, reasonable accommodations shall be made for those persons who cannot read or who have communication impairments and those who do not understand English.
