§ 33:8-e — Town Council Authority to Issue Bonds and Notes

New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 33 MUNICIPAL FINANCE ACT
Any town which has adopted a charter pursuant to RSA 49-B and which does not have a budgetary town meeting, may choose in its charter to allow the town council to follow the procedures set out in RSA 33:8-d or RSA 33:9 for the issuance of bonds and notes.
