Text

All bonds issued under authority of this chapter shall bear an authenticating certificate signed by an authorized officer of a bank or trust company doing business in the state of New Hampshire or in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, or by the commissioner of revenue administration, or by a notary public or justice of the peace. The authenticating certificate endorsed upon such bond shall identify such bond as being one of the particular issues described therein, shall certify the genuineness of the signatures and the seal, if any, thereto affixed and shall state the name of the attorney or attorneys who rendered an opinion approving the legality of such issue.
