Text
I.Each nonpublic member of the board and the advisory committee shall be a resident of this state and licensed under the provisions of this chapter.
II.Each nonpublic member of the board and all licensed professionals performing board-related duties shall comply with and be subject to all provisions of this chapter and the licensee's professional ethical code in performing board-related duties.
III.Each public member of the board shall be a person who is not, and never was a member of the mental health profession or the spouse of any such person, and who does not have, and never has had, a material financial interest in either the provision of mental health services, a health insurance company, health maintenance organization, or an activity directly related to mental health practice, i
