Text
The board shall inform all applicants for licensure under this chapter that the board deems sexual misconduct as provided in RSA 329-B:30 to be unethical, unprofessional, and dishonorable conduct subject to disciplinary action by the board. The board shall make available to all licensees, or persons applying for licensure, under this chapter information and materials, as determined by the board, pursuant to rules adopted under RSA 541-A, regarding such sexual misconduct.
