Text

I. An applicant for a license as a physical therapist who has been educated in the United States shall:

(a)Be of good moral character.
(b)[Repealed.]
(c)Be a graduate of a professional physical therapy education program accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education or by another board-approved accrediting organization.
(d)Have successfully passed the national examination specified by the board.
(e)Have maintained continuing competency in physical therapy for a period of one year prior to filing. II. An applicant for a license as a physical therapist who has been educated outside of the United States shall:
(a)Be of good moral character.
(b)[Repealed.]
(c)Have completed a professional physical therapy education program sponsored by an institution re
