§ 327:33 — Continuing Education Courses Required for Non-Pharmaceutical Certification

New Hampshire·Title XXX OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS·Ch. 327 OPTOMETRY·Subdivision Regulations and Penalties
All optometrists licensed in this state shall be required to take annual courses of study in subjects relating to the practice of the profession of optometry. The length of study shall be prescribed by the board, with a minimum of 15 hours in a calendar year. Attendance must be at a course approved by the board. The board shall be allowed to waive in whole or in part this study requirement in cases of certified illness or undue hardship.
