Text

Any person who has voluntarily surrendered a license, has allowed a license to expire, or whose license has been revoked by the board, may request reinstatement of the license by filing an application with the office. The board shall establish criteria in rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to reinstatement which include reasonable professional character and competency requirements.
