§ 326-F:13 — Unsolicited Home Sales Prohibited
New Hampshire·Title XXX OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS·Ch. 326-F SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY AND HEARING CARE PROVIDERS PRACTICE
No hearing aid dealer or audiologist, employee or agent thereof, shall canvass either in person or by telephone from house to house for the purpose of selling or renting a hearing aid without prior request from the prospective customer, a relative or friend of the prospective customer.
