Text

I. The powers and duties of the council shall include:

(a)Certifying eligible applicants for certification under this chapter.
(b)[Repealed.]
(c)[Repealed.] II. The council shall have the power to subpoena witnesses and administer oaths in any hearing or disciplinary proceedings, and to compel, by subpoena duces tecum, the production of papers and records.
