Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the office of professional licensure and certification may issue licenses to the following applicants who have been recruited for employment at youth camps, organized recreation, and community sponsored recreation: I. Any registered nurse or licensed practical nurse previously licensed in New Hampshire in the last 3 years whose license is no longer active, subject to the following:

(a)The registered nurse's or licensed practical nurse's license was in good standing prior to being placed in inactive or lapsed status.
(b)A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse shall be required to present evidence that they are current with continuing education pursuant to the applicable statute as a condition of licensure. II. Any registered nurse or l
